No two properties are the same, however we have provided a Price Guide outlining the typical cost of installing a Solarfire™ solar water heating system in your home.

The VAT rate on installations is 5%.
Its not always necessary to replace your current hot water cylinder. If its an old cylinder, it would definitely be less efficient and prudent to replace it.

For an accurate quote it is necessary to arrange a site survey. We can recommend an MCS accredited installer in your area familiar with the Solarfire. They will determine your precise requirements and design an appropriate system for you.

Will solar work on my home?
As long as your roof does not face North and has a suitably sized surface area (we recommend a 1.8m2 surface), then you should be fine. There is always an aesthetic way of connecting the collectors from the roof to your Hot Water Cylinder. Also having a Vented or Unvented system makes no difference at all, the SolarFire will work with either.
